Terrible Stay

No room facilities available. Only led bulb and no hot water, pretty old mosaic floor house. Look mirror without light in room. We stay in hotel 2 days but they not even clean the room or change the bed and pillow covers. As per price of hotel is too high and it should be 500 rupees only. Location is near to puri sea beach but this hotel correct rating should be 1 only.

The staff are excellent.. Very co-operative.. They cleaned everytime I called them. They supported a lot.. It has an attached restaurant to it. Which serves you home-like food. Although the rooms were not as expected, yet for the staff, their empathy, behavior and homeliness, I would give them a 5 star. I had travelled with my baby.. And they gave her soo much love. Nothing is good there. The images are old. The hotel is very dirty. Service is not sattisfactory. Complained are ignored. Price is more but the rooms are like trash. The room curtains are very dirty they do not used to clean long time. Lighting is bad. Very bad smell coming from the restaurant. Super duper unhygienic. No safety. Room service is like that they mop first then use to floor cleaning. If you are thinking that i am telling lie than you can go and check you will remind my words. Very bad experience

Will not think about this hotel once again

Service is very bad. TV was not working. After a several follow up get things done at night 9 pm.
No value for money. Bed and amenity are so old. Just sleep for a night.

Food was good but room need improvement

Food was good at the Indiana restaurant. Deluxe rooms are good as they have balconies and they are getting good sunlight and air. Standard rooms are very bad, no balcony, no sunlight. Deluxe rooms were normal cleaned. But standard rooms were not at all cleaned. Needs improvement. Room service was OK.
