Hotel Haut Monde

Not very good outlets nearby, no toiletries provided by hotel, few things need repair, hotel management should focus on this things. Also they should be more cooperative with customers, i found few other hotels in near by areas are more convenient and cooperative in lesser price. May be i may not recommend.

It was a comfortable stay with good food facilities and also the cleanliness and sanitization of room and toilets were great. The staff was quite comfortable and helping.

Horrible experience 1. Intercom not working from room to receptionist. 2. Ac not looking no properly maintenance done since long time, water dropping from inside the cabinate. 3. Drinking water not sufficient supplied. In-spite of following up. 4. They had given one mobile number, which very difficult to connect when we faced any issues. 5. Room no 310 at 3rd floor, room is fully damped and bad smell coming out, asked them but they did spray with room freshner. 6. Horrible experience

Hi there is water leakage in bathroom so all water coming to bedroom near bed and water logging food tasteless

There is too much smell in the whole hotel floor. Also there was water leakage from bathroom to room near the bed

A bad odour in all across entire room. When we raise the request to change the room. Hotel declined our request. Also didnt provide and any room freshner. Food quality is also worst. Never tasted earlier this pathetic taste of food. Dos a was uncooked and thick layer. Mustard seeds are not cooked they were hiving sour taste. Chilly garlic noodles were not spicy as asked. Food quality also very minimal.

Good food and testy brake fast. Staff is good &corporative. All think which is required is available near by hotel.

The staff is really polite and helpful. Breakfast buffett was really good. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

In food area AC was shut deliberately…Despite me telling again n again, n switched on AC of place where all the waiters were standing, to get cooling where they stood and show me the sound of AC started…NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL AS ITS PATHETIC…

Room services were poor and tv was not recharged and they didn't even care about your concern. Staff was good but they were not properly trained. They think it's a four star hotel but seriously it's not.

It was a very worst experience i had in this property. Entire of my life i never seen this type of property. I have to check out at 4 am because of electricity supply issues. Not recommended.
