very bad experience drinking water not available in property. even after 10pm to 6am no water available in washroom. very rood staff.

Hotel is average. Food is good. Location is so good best view of lack pichola..and rooftop is very Attractive

The hotel location was excellent, overlooking lake pichola, and very lively during evening till 12 am. All the popular cafes and eateries are in walking distance. Major attractions like city palace, bhagore ki haveli, etc. Is walking distance from the hotels. The rooms were decent, with a decent bathroom. Bed sheets and pillows were decent also, during our stay faced a problem which was immediately resolved by the manager and staff, thus, excellent behaviour.

Stinky, damp room, no water, tea available at hotel.

Worst experience. Room was very small even we can't walk in the room. Bed was broken. Bed sheet was unwashed. Even they are not providing drinking water. Washroom was very small. I seriously never wanted to stay in that hotel. Pathetic, hotel was very far and full of traffic.

The place got the best vibes and the host was super friendly. Felt like home

This place is proper to it's price and everything near this place serves your eyes. Totally recommend.

Place is good compared to the price. Also, the staff is good and would also provide you vehicle at cheap price and try to get a room with sitting window space, it's beautiful.

We checked in at the exact time and was really happy about the service. The restaurant is a bit slow but it’s all worth it. The pleasant environment you get there from the point you step in is extraordinary. Recommend it.

My experience was good. Room are too little and facility too. But allover location is easy to reach.

It is a budget hotel. But with good running hot water and it was clean. The location and view from hotel is very good, something that is USP of hotel. The 7 pm dance show across the hotel is a must see. The sunrise view is very beautiful

The quality of food is not that good. And food is little overpriced. Service is good. Location and rooms are also fine. Mirrors are too small. Lot of noise was there as the next room was bunker room and guests were noisy. They should try not providing families and couples next to such rooms.

The room is not up to mark what it showed in makemytrip the reptiles were in the room. The location is good but the need to be improved. The good rooms were kept for foreigners only which is bad. All the amenities were not provided by them we have to purchase water ourself they didn't provide the water.

Location is good. If you travel with your family then it would be a good choice. Behaviour of staff are good & helpful. They have allowed me for early checked in which helped me a lot. It's value for money.

Location & Roof top restaurant was awesome, staff are also polite & helpful. Room was cozy & well decorated with local flavor. City Palace, Jagdish temple etc 5 to 10 mins walk away. Only area of concerns is narrow entry lane, difficult to take car at door step.
