Hotel grand-la did not accept my booking.

I was not given a room in hotel grandla. And neither the location of the hotel was correct. There was only an empty plot in place of the location. Talked to the owner only on call. My booking was wrongly told, whereas on the day of booking, a call was also received for confirmed booking. I stayed on the road till 7 pm with my family.

Little far from any bus terminal. Situated at high gradient road.

Location differ and it only shelter.

Location is very far from mg road, it's on the bottom of gangtok. Located on very steep 10 feet wide road where u can't park your vehicle. Basis amenities were not provided like electric cattle, tea/coffee bag. Geyser were not working. Bathroom is very very small.

Sorry for the inconvenience, now we have arranged our private parking. We are trying our best to provide you with the best facilities. When you are checked in, it was a midnight with heavy rain fall. That's why we are not able to provide you with all our services. The geyser was workable but in mountain areas electricity sometimes may fluctuate. And again sorry for your inconvenience but you are booked only for lodging, that's why we cannot provide food or drinks like tea or coffee.
