businessI need to travel a lot due to nature of my job and so stays in various locations in different hotels, however, never experienced such low level of amenities, service, food quality... that too with such high cost. paid for a poorly kept room, dirtly and used linen (lot of hairs on the bedsheet, smell in quilt), TV and phone not working. Breakfast for which additional Rs.600/- was not a boufet and that too no one in kitchen was ready to provide anything at 8 am. Finally they just provided one Uttapam and one coffe for Rs.600/- already paid by me while booking room with Breakfast. Worst Hotel I ever saw.

Pathetic service and reception staff

familyPeople on reception keep changing and no one takes any responsibility of service. Multiple request and reminders go in vain. Few staff are very polite and humble, but handful of them really make the whole place never to stay again. No hand towels or toilet paper roll was available as they stated they dont keep only. If you order breakfast, please make sure you have 2 hours waiting time in your hand and your order might take more than 1 hour to get prepared. Cleanliness was also average. In short never plan to book it again as the price they charge is of a 3 star but they are nothing more than a pathetic lodge service.
