Although the hotel staff claim it is a three-star property, it seems they are unaware of what that truly means. I felt cold at night, but there was no option to control the AC in the room. Additionally, basic washroom amenities were not provided unless specifically requested, To my surprise, while I was speaking to the reception via intercom, there was a sudden power outage for about five minutes, during which even the intercom connection was lost. This raises serious concerns about the facility’s infrastructure and service quality.

Food and stay at gianz hotel was not good. There were no additional sockets to plug-in chargers. Tv switch was not easily traceable. The internet was really inconsistent. Food was really bad.
