bad food experience..breakfast also was misleading covering only barely 2 items.. kitchen was visible and highly unhygienic..though property was good

It was a great stay in hotel Ganga Vibes. The location is very easily accessible which is close to Vishnu ghat. The facilities, hygiene and food was also very delicious. The hotel has a roof top restaurant. So you can enjoy your meal while enjoying the flow of Ganga maya.

food is not good room are normal ac is good size of rooms is small but clean room ganga view is good

Beautiful hotel awesome view rooms are clean location of hotel near to market and ghat.

Cleanliness is the main reason there were cockroaches in bathroom rooms are ok but not upto the standard what they are charging for it

Hotel staff claimed that the hotel is 800 meter from Har ki Paudi but it seems more as e rickshaw or auto can't reach over there cz of one way u hv to walk or get pedal rickshaw who charge as there own way. In summer it become quite difficult to reach har ki paudi. Hotel staff is cooperative but hotel will get max 6/10. Food is not available whole day availability of food depends on availability of chef or after particular hours. Roof top restaurant ll only be feel gud or enjoyble in winter in summer its js lyk oven and ganga view from from reastaurant is only partial.

The location is a huge problem. There is no parking on the property however the paid parking is available 50 m away. But what I really didn’t like is the approach road which is way too narrow. It’s difficult to reach or leave this area without getting stuck for minimum 20 minutes. If you have a sedan, it becomes even more difficult as there is hardly any space to move the car.

hotel check in timing is 2 o clock whereas other hotels are provided 12.00 am check in facility, average hotels timing in haridwar is 12 to 11.

Good experience,5th floor view is nice.ganga view from top floor is also excellent.The reom is neat and clean

complimentary breakfast written but does not provided,when says about that plz provide waterbottle cool they said take it from their restaurant means they want me to purchase,and I needed to extend check out time which they provide but very costly though room are empty inspite of request all in vain,highly disappointed where customer service not valued ,

This is a very overpriced hotel. They charged me ₹5K per river view room and the view was the only good thing about the room. It had no basic amenities. No tea coffee sachets, no cutlery in the room, washroom had only one liquid soap. When we checked in, the toilet seat was dirty, there was an empty cigarette packet in the bathroom. The biggest disappointment was the food. The restaurant is at rooftop, if its hot god bless you. But on top of that, they had only two people in the kicthen serving the entire hotel, and this is during peak season. Poor staff, they were overworked. It took 45 minutes for our dinner to come and we had taken complimentary breakfast which had no buffet, they had a set menu of 5-6 items from which we could choose. It took us 1.5 hrs to complete our breakfast. The food arrived in the last 30 minutes. When I asked for an iron, they did not have that service. They had limited plates, spoons, bowls. The guy was literally washing them and bringing them wet to us. During checkout when I asked them that you have charged me so much and given me such pathetic service, please give me some concession on my unpaid amount to make up for my experience, the manager bluntly refused it stating that its in the hand of owner and he is not available right now. When I asked him to call him and aak he said no he is sleeping. It was horrible. The owner is just some lazy rich guy who doesn’t care about customer service and his staff, just wants to mint money. I would highly not recommend.

this was the most horrible experience i had with this property. I paid 8k for one day stay. there was no parking available..bahut dur ja kr we had to park the car. hotel is situated in the middle of very very congested street. food was pathetic..we wanted to order chinese but kch options hi nai the.. kitchen was dirty like hell..we ended up ordering shahi paneer and roti..roti ke atte me smell arhi thi..after having the dinner i vomitted.. bottle in which they served the water was so so dirty..next morning there was only two options in the breakfast paratha and poha...as a frequent traveler I know if you pay at any hotel there would be a proper buffet in breakfast dinner .anyhow they managed to give us fruits and sandwich..over all it was a pathetic pathetic hotel..don't get fooled by the pictures .we had ask for every single basic things which a hotel provides, we asked for the lotion,so they gave as some randomly bought 10rs lotion, we asked for the laundry bag they gave us black dustbin bags,the only thing which was good was the staff,they were quite decent ,overall it was a nightmare for us..
