not satisfied for room quality & service staff is very poor room not proper cleaning restaurant not hygienic

it was a short family trip however, the room was not kept ready for the check in. I was given another type of room which I didn't book but after insisting the manager, the exact room was allocated. There were no facilities like tea, coffee, towel, shampoo, chair, table, phone and TV. For everything I called and then they provided. Only 01 water bottle was provided while the room was booked for 02 nights and for 04 adults. Room cleaning was also not done on the second day, again for room cleaning I requested and then was cleaned. The room was spacious and clean but I am not happy with the way the service was offered.

Hotel kitchen staff behavior was so rude and in hotel there was no dental kit and no hand wash in washroom

Terrible. I have been given room number 211 and it doesn't even have a phone. Call reception to call it. And the tv doesn't even have a set top box to run the channels.

Hotel is need and clean. Staff are friendly. And environment is good.

Stay at this hotel very bad to much smail in room and lobby area and toothpast and saving kit not available. And it is situated at outer area of neemuch.

Best hotel to stay with friends or family, supportive staff, nice and specious rooms, tasty food, great experience, loved it.

Service was worst. They didn't provided any facilities. Basic amenities that should be provided were missing or not there. No person was there to give water bottle in room. No kitchen facilities in Hotel. They have a menu card and we can book only according their time line, when they wish to supply it. Room was quite okay but everything was worst than anything.

I went there with my family and we were the only ones at that time who stayed in this Hotel. The Hotel was under construction and they didn't have any in house restaurant. The room we stayed in was nice and new. It was Worth for money stay and our experience was an average one.
