The hotel rooms were pathetic and staff was the most useless ones. Once we reached there and asked for the room we booked the staff at first refused to give us AC room saying that all the Ac’s have gone for servicing than when we asked for refund and demanded talk to the owner, than some other man comes and say to the receptionist to give one room and when we have gone to the room it was the most pathetic room we can imagine. Foul smell, dirty bed sheets and walls were full of gutka and paan stains. We than decided to leave the place as there was no other guests who were staying there and the place looked creepy. We actually didn’t stayed there inspite of paying the full amount. This hotel was just looking good on pictures but the pathetic one.
