Hotel D-Adda

They do not take MMT booking I was stranded and was left on road as this property did not allowed MMT check in even after confirmed booking. I was left without any arrangements till MMT helped with other booking

Hotel denied the booking, stating that they do not accept booking from make-my trip. I requested a refund on 6 april for the same, but it's pending till date.

The hygiene and maintenance of the hotel is quite good as which were shown in the pictures. The hospitality and food were also be okay 👍. But the location of the hotel is quite far away from the Mumbai City. If the price of the hotel includes the food also then it's valuable to stay here.

Location is good and check-in check outs are private. However they don't have enough towels and the rooms don't have privacy.

The bathroom is beautiful, please look into the quality of towels and bedhsheets please also get a renovation or painting done soon for your rooms. Overall best service )

For badlapur market this is quite decent hotel from food, room hygiene and safety point of view.

Staff is not so sobar, asking for check out repeatedly

Nice hotel. Friendly. Surely but can improve a lot.

The room is too dark as like jail, taps r leaking in condition which irritate u by noise while sleeping. Tv are not worked properly, bedsheets and bed was not in clean condition, staff is not polite, the food rate r too high, 2 bread slice they charge 80 rs, which is not worth, i don't prefer this hotel for on next visit

Receptionist was without mask all the time. Also very rude while communication. Hotel waiters were without uniforms & mask and no safety hygiene measures were taken care.

We checked in and the room was fine, clean but floor was sticky but manageable, washroom bidet wasn't working Next day we were asked to change Hotel cause they had given room to someone else, like that was very unprofessional Food was fine but expensive The place is away from main City so travelling might be a trouble I wouldn't go back again but it was manageable

A good hotel to stay night in, good interiors and spacious room for couples, no disturbance and good locality.

Best Hotel to stay good service best staff rooms were neat bathroom were clean one can stay here peacefully overall good place to stay

Washroom lights doesn't work, height of foolishness. Even the cistern/flush doesn't work. Had to ask for the tv remote. To find the batteries are down or may be remote doesn't function. Overall a pathetic stay. Checked out early without a night stay.

Price is too high but nice rooms and facilities.
