1. Small room 2. No minimum requirements 3. There is no single tube light available in room. No properly lighting in the room 4. No single amenty working, no hot water, no proper ac remote a person will die in 6 due to the no proper natural air. Single charging point 5. Owner behavior is terrible.

It was average hotel not very good or bad

The staff is not co-operative, to clean the room, called the staff 4 times but not coming.

Not so good, but manageable. But definitely not value for money. The tariff were overpriced.

low grade hotel which stinks and has cockroaches. Old plastic bucket and mugs. Dirty toilets. Very small room. No lift. Need to climb two floor by stairs.

Since two members of our grp fell ill, so did not went to rameshwaram on the date of our booking, we asked hotel staff to refund the amout or extend our booking date for next day, but they denied although they charged 4700 rs for one night as a whole, i was at reception next day rooms were available but they neither allotted rooms nor refunded the amount, besides that the mislead-ed customer care call from makemytrip by giving wrong contact number, these all happened in front of me as i was present there. Hotel is so conjusted and below average for near 5000 per night, they are robbing tourist. Even makemyttrip didn't help us till yet in returning our amount.

Goodl. Staff behaviour is very good

I requested for early check-in to which i didn't receive any response till date from the property. I was traveling with my family and therefore had no other option but to visit the hotel in the morning before check-in time as my train arrived in the early morning at 6am. The person who was at the reception was pathetic due to the following reasons: 1. No water was provided. 2. He asked a senior citizen to drop our luggage to the 3rd floor by stairs as the hotel has no lift. Therefore, we helped the person to pick our luggage and took the rest on our own. 3. No soap or towels were provided. 4. No sign of ac remote or tv remote. 5. I had to go down 3 times (as no intercom is there) to ask for water, towels and tea(which they can't provide anytime in the day as there is no kitchen. 6. He said there is no soap they can provide. So, we had to bring our own soap. Property cons: 1. Bad management and staff. 2. Zero services provided until we asked for each one by one. 3. The rooms are very small. 4. No tea/coffee facility. 5. Wifi only for the ground floor where the reception is. Not available on any other floor. 6. Not a good environment for a family stay.

Room and location was fine but tv was not working, ac remote was not working, no hot water, bathroom condition need too much improvement. Bed sheets were not cleaned properly.

Terrible. Rude staff. Not proper hygiene. The hotel staff was so rude. The ac was not working properly and when we ask them to fix the tv. They are taking so much of time to come to our room and they are not cleaning the room.

We are dis appointed no way to cancellation on the spot

The hotel is situated near by temple north gate.

It must not be kept on your roll.

No lift, no food, ok for very short stay

Too small room and no ventilation in washroom, not even provided blankets

Nearer to main temple, room size is small and no center table provided in room, no lift for 2nd floor.

It's good Hotel for short stay but rooms are very congested

Poor parking facilities, tv was not working. Overpriced for the limited services.
