Pathetic or Horrible both fits Fine for this Scam

Booked three rooms and paid in advance. The property owner took a lot of calls to pick up the phone while looking for the exact location of the hotel. When we were about to reach the hotel owner picked up the call and said he has only two rooms available someone stayed longer! Then he routed to another hotel,which was not what we have booked.
