The rooms were good for the price, offering decent comfort and value. However, the cleanliness in the bathroom could definitely be improved. A more thorough cleaning would make the stay much better and more enjoyable overall.

Decent property close to Ozar Ganapati. We stayed in a suite room and it was specious with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Staff is very supportive. Breakfast is complementary and tasty.

I stayed at Arya Residency for a night during my Ashtavinayak Darshan trip. The rooms were clean, and the staff were polite. They don’t serve food in the rooms, but you can get tea until 7 PM. The food at their restaurant was actually pretty good. The best part is the location—it’s just a 5-minute walk from the temple. There's plenty of parking and even a small play area for kids. You get hot water in the morning until 10 AM

Location is very good, you can walk upto the temple. Food in their restaurant is very good. Overall, a very good restaurant in Ozar. Lenyadri is very near from here

the only good part about this hotel is the location; The ppl who re doing ashtavinayak, this hotel is very neaar to Ozar(100 mtrs) and lenaydri(10 kms) ganpati.

Rooms decent and neat and clean. Tv does not work. As for the food in their restaurant, it's superb, excellent. Morning we ate idlis, as good as you get in south.

Property was good, cleanliness need to be good in rooms washroom, food was ok. Geyser should be available in room and tv channel was not working.

Hotel arya regency, junnar is an average type hotel but at a great location, walking distance to ozar vighneshwar ganpati temple and kukadi river. We took stay package with breakfast included but the hotel provided only 1 snack and tea/coffee (saying it's limited option - which was available at 1/4th cost at the hotel restaurant itself. Stay cost was a bit high looking at other options available there. Rooms were not so great and clean, but over all a decent stay due to location.

Considering ozar as ashtavinayak destination and ozar being small village this is only option. Stey was good.

The property stay was comfortable. Just that room needs to be maintained well and facilities also need to be well maintained

We had booked 1 room for 3 of us. Room was good but they provided only mattress and not the bed for 3rd person as all the beds were not usable. Bathroom lights were not working, even bathroom needed more cleaning. Room was clean and ac worked good.

Hotel regency is 200mtrs from the temple and has a veg restaurant as well. Food is okay, however, there is no room service available except beverages. Rooms have a nice little balcony but ac was not opeerational, was only blowing normal air. May be it was with our room.

This Hotel is excellent for those doing Ashtavinayak yatra and staying overnight in Ozar. spacious room and clean facility
