Receptionist asked for additional charges for early check-in and did not provide receipts. Staff is unprofessional. Rooms were unclean and infra is also not good.

The hotel had arranged for our pick up and drop at the airport. We were promptly picked up and at the hotel our room was upgraded without any extra charge. The room was very comfortable though we could spend only a few hours. Would recommend this place for night halt. Rate 5/5

Terrible Experience – Left After 4 Hours

The room was in terrible condition — dirty, with broken items, rat-torn sugar pouches and sugar spilled on the table. Dust was everywhere, and the bathroom looked like a public toilet. The pillows were dirty and seemed unwashed. Even though I had booked for one night, I checked out after just 4 hours.

Wonderful staff! Room size was large for a city hotel! Hotel was clean and beautiful. The View was a fantastic experience, Freddy was personable and friendly!
