Hotel Arabiana- Colaba

It was bad condition & rooms & washroom was stinky flush was not working & shower was not working overall it was bad choice & rooms were not cleaned properly & smelling vary bad

Room had honey bees. Jet spray was not having proper water. Bedsheet given was torn-ed out. Hospitablity was good.

This hotel is the worst. The rooms are dirty and smelly that anyone can’t even breathe. There were hair on the beds. This property doesn’t even have a reception. They didn’t even knew that they had a booking. Overall it was a worst experience. Don’t book this hotel at any cost. I immediately left the hotel and found the other one

AC was not good There was masqutos in room Television was not working properly Low water 💦 flow in bathroom Room boys was not cooperative

No drinking water no bath soaps no tv no complimentary breakfast the boy's attitudes not good bed sheets smelling broken beds and so many cockroaches in the room no water no a/c finally the worst hotel in mumbai

Just i booked through makemytrip i don’t know about this hotel, i went there that is very bad condition not suitable for families but i didn’t checked in, i choose d another hotel just beside that, money also not refunded, i lost my money, pols remove that hotel from your app, people don’t believe

There is total mismatch in photos and actual room. The room is very dirty and unhygienic. At first night after sleeping a small posionous insect was come out from one of my friend. This was a terrible experience we ever faced in my life.

- first of all they didn't know that we had booking there we had completely paid full price before 1 week- workers just explained that their manager didn't shared anything about any bookings, i tried calling them (hotel manager) but he didn't pick any calls. The workers arranged something for me and my female friend but we didn't get full service like blanket and bathroom items that are basic needs that hotels needs to provide but for us we need to ask everything we booked our services before so that we don't need to deal with everything and can enjoy our trip but the worst things happened like after we explained everything that it's already 1 day now we need one room that's it we are not taking no as an answer after saying that they share one another and the workers were explaining that they did everything for us but don't you think it's their job to provide such services and at the end of the trip they asked for money for their services we were tired of explaining everything over and over again no standards were maintained which we can get if we look for those things on the spot. Worst experience ever. We didn't take any images because we were busy dealing with this kind of things.

Kitchen is not available and very third class room and ac is not cooling very third class hotel no go

My favorite location near sea so all good reasons, travel, scenic, food availability.

So we reached and we were told that the deluxe room we booked is not available and we were sent to a stinky room that was of a very low standard. After much quarrel, we were given a non stinky room but it was not a deluxe room as per our booking. The room had a broken tap that kept running all night and the tv wire was eaten by mice apparently.

There was no rooms available, hotel denied our stay, no refund was given either from hotel or from make my trip,

I booked this hotel for 3 days from 20jan to 23 jan. When i reach the hotel at 6 am cancelation timing is before 11. 59am i saw a very dirty hotel with no proper staff no mattress for extra guest for which they already charged no water supply in bathroom and for non smokers yes smoking is not allowed in this hotel but still you can't breathe in because of that filthy smell of smoking. After total disappointment i request the reception to cancel my booking and the hotel receipting kept asking me to wait he will clean the room but nothing like that happened. Finally at 1:15 pm i left the hotel and all my money for 3 days stay vanished.

Hotel arabiana is worst choices made by anyone. As rooms has broken furnitures bed and cuboard. Life threatened due to fall and fatality is possible due to broken furniture, open electrical switch board in room and bathroom, no television working. breakfast as no such thing available. No service men is available. No towels and toiletries like soap or handwash. No drinking water and towels. Beds were dirty bedsheets that was not changed till we checkout. Windows and bathroom toilets doors either broken or no locking. Please remove Whole places is just has one door of 3 feets entrance keep open and no emergency exist in case of fire. No fire alarm or safety is available. lack of safety features.
