booking krane k bad , yha aaye to check in krne se mna kr diya, bole yha nhi lete hm oyo upr se 300 rs mange uske bad room de rhe the,hme night emergency m lena pda .

Even the my problem is also no solved

No tv, no room service, no cleaning everything is no. And i have booked on mmt in 2100 for 3 night they charge me 1000 extra for these 3 night stay, location good but don't go there they all are non professionals.

Rooms are very small, although staff is very good, they are providing best what they can

During check in the manager refused by saying that we do not give bookings in this rate, some mistake my MMT. Even if it is the case, why should I bother, I purchased from MMT and they should not have made me wait. TV was pathetic.

Facilities are good. Rooms are clean. And team is superb

Room size n bed size for business travellers are too good n location near by Thamel market

Staff is so good and pleasant in talk. Good behavior. But bedsheets are not in good condition or well. Overall great experience.

When I checked in the manager was good with me, but I had to get a refund from them which they dint gave me, I had to pick up my all three bags my own while check in Nd check out, they saw me coming Nd going but none of the staff member came to help me. Worst service ever. No restaurant facility only one thing for breakfast.

Stayed earlier also in this hotel that time it was good but this time there is change in principle or owner of the hotel and now no one care about guest. Staff become owner.

Hotel is located on the main road so you can conveniently go anywhere but the rooms are small, the washroom is very dirty. The service is pathetic. I asked the people at the hotel to clean the washroom but they said this is what it is and I have to adjust with it. Very unprofessional staff.

They gave me a room in which ac was not working initially and afterwards another room which was not cleaned properly. And the behaviour of receptionist was very unprofessional.

Rooms were not clean, initially gave me room in which ac was not working and when I complained asked me to book a different Hotel.

Comfortable stay, nice rooms, this hotel is nearby to the main market in Vaishali Nagar.

Hotel manager Rakesh Kumar is rude. Even he doesn't know how to behave with costumers. They do mistake in food bill. Like if you eat less but your bill come more so please check your food bill first at time of a check out. Lake basic of facilities like hair oil, sleeper, TV remote not working and telephone line are damaged or not connected to restaurant, small room, no facility of lagguge room

It's heartening to say one of the poor hotel I ever stayed there was so many mosquitoes and hotel didn't have all out or any mosquitoes killer. So requested for refund Staff denied to provide even MMT also cut 2 times call made for the same issue

Awesome experience. Room was well maintained. The hotel management was as par excellent. The manager was very loyal. The staff members and the management were very supportive .. I especially enjoyed a lot.
