Good place to stay . Property’s location near ksrtc pathanamthitta. Food, amenities & services are very good

Location is great, Room and facilities also good. But room they need to fix as I see the walls have wear and tear .

The location is very convenient, rooms were clean and tidy. However breakfast food options would have been nice if there were at least 3 or 4 options available.

stayed in a room that, although well-maintained and clean, was quite small. Considering the size and amenities, I feel that the room is overpriced . A more reasonable rate would be ₹2000, maximum.

Good stay at amala pathanamthitta the rooms were good so as the food and service. I enjoyed the location which is opposite bus stand and easy to commute

Room is ok, but restaurant and food was pathetic. Infront of hotel there was huge drunken people crowd and no parking facility is there. Service in room and restaurant are not fair

The spacious suite provided ample room to relax and unwind, while the serene surroundings offered a tranquil atmosphere. The amenities were well-maintained and the staff was attentive to our needs, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout our stay. Although secluded, the remoteness added to the charm, allowing for a truly rejuvenating getaway. Would highly recommend for those seeking a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life

One of the worst experiences we can have after paying money. No value for customers who make booking. Very indeciplined & arrogant staff. Breakfast was part of booking & money was paid, however they denied breakfast except only left over yesterday parota & no other options. Room service was the worst. In total bad experience.

The room was neat and clean and recently renovated, but the ac installed in the room was very very very old and the purpose of booking ac room cannot be attained, as it was not giving the required temparature. The toilet/wash also maintained well except the foul smell throughout. Location is close to the bus facility. The food served was really good.

Very nice big comfortable room with al amenities like a big city hotel. Room & bathroom seem all newly furnished. Bathroom has hair dryer. Manager is very co-operative & helpful. Hotel is right in front of ksrtc bus depot & taxi stand, so easy to find. There are udipi restaurants close by if one wishes to have dos a etc.

The property and location are very good. But at checking in at late night wasn’t a good experience. Extra bed was pretty bad as the mid part was going up making the back painful. No body at reception to attend!

Clean rooms and great location. They even arranged a cab next day on request for our commutation. Just a small concern that the room walls were all cracked with the paint coming off here and there and the breakfast was not great at all. Other than that i would recommend this place and would love to visit again.

I got a good room, room service also ok but their breakfast are not so worth also the staffs are not too supportive when we ask anything they have only one reply no, no, no.

Overall amenities were nice. Good helpful staffs. Room service available. Has restaurant and bars within the stay. Very neat rooms and bathrooms. It's a business class hotel within budget. Easy accessible location. Opposite to bus station. Lot of shops around. Had a peaceful stay over there.
