Poor Stay

The bed mattress was good but the food was not so good and the room, bedsheets and pillows were not clean properly. I had booked a room online in which breakfast was free. I called from the room in the morning. I was called for breakfast in 15 minutes but breakfast was not brought even for the whole day.

While booking, it was showing address of Beharor but when it was booked and when I reach there, I came to know that it is 10kms away from Beharor. There was no good transportation facility to reach hotel Lily. Its a request to MMT to delete this hotel add from site as beharor. It should be Kotputali.

The location of the Hotel was good. They provide fewer amenities to the customers who book online. In the morning, toiletries were not provided. When I asked for the toiletries they said that since I have booked online. Staff was well behaved.

They are taking so much per day. Even hot water is not there. WiFi password they refuse to give. Breakfast even is not included. i paid certain amount for 4 nights. I checked out within 2 days.
