Found this property very clean with all essential amenities and facilities. Kitchen was fully loaded with all necessary utensils (stove, oven, toaster everything was working. Fridge, tv, washing machine, ac etc all appliances were in working condition. One can plan to stay in a homely environment here with family if planning to stay in rishikesh for a week or more. Highly recommended for those who prefer home cooked food.

The stay was pleasant however mm t will inform you about an extra cleaning charge of rs 650 once you are done wit your booking payment. This charge is not mentioned anywhere but only pops up post you are done with your booking. The flat interior is nice but the road leading to the stay is pathetic.

Comfortable space for 5-7 persons fully equipped kitchen well maintained bathroom overall good experience but there are few lapses provide at least 2 washroom install ac at drawing dining room. Thankyou

It was a nice stay with good rooms

The flat was not very clean, there were ants inside the bathroom, very few utensils in the kitchen, and the wifi was weak. But the owner and caretaker were very supportive!

Good services and quality time spent

Had a nice experience at the apartment. Reachability is easy, it has parking facility, location very close to market. Fully furnished apartment with all amenities. Room was spacious with 2 balconies and cool breeze. Food can be ordered from online apps or from outside market, no shop inside apartment

Prime location everything was great zomato also delivering the food at the location. One 24/7 chai stall and restaurant also available at 300 m distance

It is difficult for elderly to stay here as the stay is quite interior to the main road and its very steep as well, otherwise this place is worth every penny.

I have booked a hill view apartment but the owner provided us Deccan Valley apartment. Which is a very different property shown in photos. The owner is so rude and no sense to talk. Location was good but the property was different.

The care taker / helper was very friendly and maintained social distancing. We wanted a apartment to cook our own food and found apartment was well furnished with kitchen utensils and other day to day needs. Except some minor issues like chimney not working, microwave not working and water leveling issues in kuchen drain, rest was all perfect. Will recommend going for it if looking apartment and only apartment to stay peacefully.

Reaching the property was easy, it was in a good location. The room was nice and comfortable. The property was neat and clean. I got all the basic facilities that I needed. The caretaker was nice and helpful. At the time of check-out, the hotelier charged extra.

The property is nice and the location is easily accessible. The rooms are good. The staffs were very helpful and co-operative. I would like to suggest to them that they should improve the maintenance of the property as the cleanliness was not at all maintained there. The food quality was also bad there.

I always stay in same property. It's a big apartment with all facilities. I love my stay. Thanks to the owner and MMT.

I wanted to spend some quality and peaceful time with parents and my family. Purpose was achieved.

It was a great place. Room was very much comfortable and great. Safety wise property is good. Surely recommend this property to others. They don't provide food.
