Nothing like a luxury experience! no proper toiletries were supplied! no fan was installed in the room not even any telecom was presenrt! price they charge is pretty high on comparing with the services they offer!

Or 3 star. Hotel is 20 mins trek from road. Cars cabs will drop you 20 mins away. Very disappointed and stressed. With the hotel

The waiter should not enter the room without knocking, they have to be professional with the guest!

No view to any rooms. No hot water to bath for more than 5mins in a chilled weather of manali. No double bed mattress which is shocking for a so called luxury cottage. There was a personal heater but no room heater. Rude staff (only 2 guys which were always invisible) and no security at all. No food choice available. Owner will pickup your call/respond over chat if you appreciate her prop but if you complain (genuine reasons of course) then she will not respond at all.

Hygine not proper, even no restorent, you have to eat from out side

This property is very peaceful and the location is amazing. Abhishek (caretaker) is really helpful. Will definitely recommend this place for a womderful stay.

Was experiencing 2 degree.. there was no water for 2 to 3 hours.. we were struck in room.. and hot water was not available for whole day.. was asking for water to caretaker they were just saying 5 mins 5 mins and they couldn’t manage it..

I had a wonderful stay ....kids enjoyed it...location is perfect .. 5 min walk from the mall road..The cottages are very well maintained and super clean..will suggest to book 2 rooms so that the whole unit/shared space will be available to you..can't think of any negative points for this property.. I would suggest everyone to go for it without any doubt...My best regards for the owner and Ajay too....

Location, cottage rooms and public areas are good and make u feel at home. Proximity to mall road is a plus. Had average experience due to basic amenities like geyser, room heater & microwave not working after the night and same did not get rectified till the end of our stay. Kept asking the caretaker also and spoke to host also but they could not solve the issue. Near by food outlet from where they get food ordered for b’fast is ok ok. No other option. Zomato works only if weather is ok otherwise you will get stuck with the outlet tied up with them.

Everything was so perfect. Rooms were clean and maintained. A pet friendly place. It’s was good

All good, location is decent, doesn’t have a kitchen but still you can get food delivered from nearby restaurants.

food ordered was tasty .. location is good very close to mall road .. it is near to Hadimba Temple ❤️ clean rooms just love the interior
