The bus and truck horn noise will not ket u sleep even for an hour . The gurudwara pooja stars at 4 am and is so load that not only u but ur kids will also wake up

Bad experience, when my family member sitting in toilet and asking for water then there is no words to explain about this property. Local tabs, showers, toiletries are bad worst experience

Ok so after having a stay of 2 days in heritage haveli. I had a good stay here, the food was very delicious, do have their mushroom do pyaza vegetable & pineapple raita . The property is situated in a very soothing place. Do visit if anybody is travelling to Himachal pradesh. Could visit & relish the food 🍲

The staff was very welcoming and responsive. However the mattress was sagging and the foam had softened making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The branding as heritage is completely misleading - it is just built to look like a haveli from outside.

Location is very good, it is very much on the highway. There is ample parking. But you have to walk a bit to get inside. The staff are very helpful with the luggage. Rooms are clean but could be a little better. Restaurant is excellent and serves quality punjabi food. The staff are very courteous and professional.

The room was not maintained properly, and room service was pathetic. I had to ask 3 times from room service for towel, and then also they didn't provide it to me, and the same thing happened with a few more time regarding other things.

Choose only if you want to stay somewhere on the way or to save the time. All over good ambiance however didn't like the hospitality. They didn't provide the room keys. Also don't choose the package including dinner as they don't have buffet system. They only give thali in dinner which is of no use as not everyone eats whatever thali contains. It's better to go the restaurant or the other good outlets.

Good nice hotel on the main road. Lots of food options. The breakfast service was sloppy. Not enough waiters. Food was good. Rooms were nice, had an issue of tripping mains on heater. Rooms were big and had all amenities overall a fine experience

They did not provide us the room on time. Bathroom was just ok. There was no lock system at our room. We had to change our room. Breakfast was not provided as per buffet.

A mid journey decent night stay for a long trip. We we travel-ling from d3lhi to manali. Mid journey stop on the highway with good food. Overall it's decent

Room is spacious and well kept. Central air conditioner worked efficiently. One pair of bathroom sleeper may be provided.

I checked in at around 9 pm. The check in/ out was smooth. The first room shown to us was stinking. The next room was not stinking, but the pvc walls had holes everywhere and were covered with pieces of tapes. Only one soap and one towel was provided for 2 people i had to request for a towel 4 times, no extra soap was provided. On asking for extra water, was told it would charged, i told the person, i know it, just bring it. He disappeared and never returned, i had to go to their food court and bring the water at 10 pm. No bath mats in the bathroom. If one has a bath, the whole bathroom is messes up. Shower head never cleaned, so the holes were clogged.

They don't serve buffet in the breakfast this is the fist hotel i have seen in my life
