Miserable. Horrid stench. Broken furniture. Going to seed. Understaffed. All lights worked. Poorly designed bathroom. Great place going down the drain. Dirty linen. Dirtier dining room. Are aggressors con men? Or con women?

Average stay but cooperative staff with polite nature

Staff was friendly and co operative, food is OK, room is of old fashioned and bathroom was not cleaned. Rooms are specious. Garden is well maintain. Overall 3 star out of 5 for facility. But for staff I give 4.5 out of 5.

Great location, average, no frill rooms, hopeless service and awesome garden

Garden is lovely, beautiful and sunny in winters. Loved it! Room is average and cleanliness is poor. Tea is just mind-blowing. Service is appalling and extremely hopeless details below I asked for French fires, sandwich and tea at the reception. The waiter standing next to receptionist said I don't think we can take this order because kitchen is busy with other guest's orders I told him I was also a guest. In a grumpy tone he said we shall try this order took 45 minutes to arrive. The same guy on being asked for hair dryer said I don't know if we have it and if we do I Am pretty sure it won't be working he was grumpy AF and looked super angry all the time. These are the people who ruin your experience I mean room was average as expected garden was awesome everything seemed fine except of the sorry attitude of the staff. They all seemed not interested and angry. I just hope the staff becomes better and the become more cheerful and dedicated. Sometime what a traveler wants is just a smile.

We had booked total 5 rooms. Each and every room were so dirty. Especially the bathroom. Curtains in bathroom were so dirty, full of stains. I would suggest make it simple but clean. They just got a huge property but it is not well maintained. Very shabby rooms and bathrooms. There were not proper lights in the bathroom. Not enough sockets in the deluxe premium rooms. Disgusting. We stayed there for few hours. But that few hours are quite tough for us.
