Good Touch Serviced Apartments | Rooms & Kitchen

There wasn't a double bed but two single beds joined together, which was very uncomfortable to sleep. Rooms need a bit of maintenance and upgrade.

The room was a little costlier due to the festival. No prior approach from the host. We need to ask for the things required to be carried out.

Very good ambience for family. Easily arrived to city and some places. But in this appartment only common kitchen is allowed. The place is very quite and very friendly staffs.

Not worth to go stay with family even for a day. We checked out in a span of two hours. Definitely not a place to stay

The property was as described on the website, comfortable & pleasant. Small regular issues were handled well by the staff.

Stay (8/9 march 2023) at "good touch serviced apartments | rooms & kitchen, mysore" : first of all the guests are handicapped for communication with the reception/kitchen since the guest doesn't find the contact number displayed anywhere in the room at all. Toiletry aids like toothpaste, soap etc not provided in the room (the staff smartly say we should have asked (remember there is no communication aid) whereas it's good gesture of hospitality to provide without waiting for asking ; probably the staff want to avert at the first opportunity. Rating shall be *below* average ; reluctantly indicated "ok".

Worst stay and rooms.

The rooms which we received were not the same as shown in the pictures. The ac wasn't working. Room and bathrooms were not clean. We were shifted to 2 rooms as the ac wasn't working but still we were facing the same issue. We booked for 2 nights but stayed for only 1 night as the place was that terrible. If possible The whole service was terrible

booked since we didn't get any other for that price. rooms not kept well. facilities are minimal. property not maintained up-to-date.

Budget friendly and very neat rooms! the care taker and other staff members were very kind! i haven't tried their food, but overall i am so happy with this room!

Stayed for 2 nights with 9 others our family. Most of us are senior citizens and were let down as the lift wasn't working. The apartment is located in a residential area and there is no restaurant inside. Even for a morning tea we had to travel a kilometre. The washroom area is average and not spectacular. As we were out during daytime and stayed only for the night there's nothing much to comment.

Good location with greenery around. Good hospitality by the stay staff and clean rooms.

The ac's were not working
