Decent property, though can do better

Restaurant and food is good. Rooms are pretty basic for the price points especially for a tier-ii city. They can really add room amenities for their price points. Decent option for the city though.

Very bad experience

Rooms were dirty bad smell when entered 'bed sheet and pillows were dirty having spots of like nosy waste' ed sheets and pillow covers need to be replace. Water leakage from one roof spot light. I selected this hotell for my family coming from abroad. Paints of wall was coming out from 2 /3 spots. Bad experience.
