Good Stay

Stay was excellent but need to improve on caretaker part as we knows only kannada. I struggled to communicate with him properly as he speaks only kannada. Also infrastructure point of view ac's are bit old and not giving proper result. Rest everything was good

Bathrooms are not clean. The property is big, but it needs a good professional caretaker.

The place is nice and roomy. But the care taken only knew kannada so due to language barrier had to communicate by calling the owner. Also soap handwash etc were not available. Had to call owner whose son finally visited and arranged for missing basic necessities. In morning next day guests were already at gate at 8 am even though we didn't have early checkout.
