Excellent Hotel, very well managed, Superb staff to name a few Krishna, Jagadish in restaurant, Tarun the chef, Nitesh in room service, all the baggage staff, guard, house keeping staff everyone was just very very nice. They ensured a comfortable stay. Also food was very tasty, the breakfast dishes were nicely rotated everyday to make it different . The ala carte was very reasonable. A. Plus Points: 1.The property location is at a convenient place on the main road & near to a big market. 2.The room was neat & clean. 3.Food was good. B. Minus Points: 1.The bathroom & bathing portion of the bathroom is very small. It's very inconvenient to take a bath in such a small portion.Even Ceiling water shower 🚿 is not there & only hand shower is there. 2.The swimming pool closes at 7.00pm & so by the time the guests return to the hotel after the day work it closes . They should keep it open till 10.00pm .

Nice layout with green surroundings. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Cozy rooms to enjoy your holiday. All amenities under the roof. Nice spread of tasty food. Markets are close by. Got taxi for local and inter city travel at reasonable prices. Enjoyed the stay, thank you Fortune Manipal.

not worth the money, the room intercom system was not working, The wash room is very very small in size not good to have a bath comfortably. The ambience of the room is not so good overall not worth it for the money

Below Average experience and Felt cheate

We had a below average experience. There are no proper amenities as mentioned in the site. They are just fooling people stating they have a big indoor sports complex. In hotel, they said we have option to rent no marking shoes also! But when we check at the sports complex, they refused and said they don't have any shoes to provide for the visitors. After going there, the security guards wants us to wear no marking shoes only! Who will carry No marking shoes everywhere when they travel?? So that's just for name sake that the sports complex is there for visitors to just visit and admire since it is inside the university campus! The second thing is we had opted for non smoking rooms and floor. But we came to know some other guests are smoking in the rooms even after complaining! Disgusting that instead of shifting or throwing out those guests, they were insisting me to change the rooms with small kids and senior citizens! Hotel management were not able to do anything for this issue also. Funny thing is they were like our hotel has completely no smoking rooms! But they couldn't manage a guest who was suffering with those cigarette smokes lingering all over the floor! I don't recommend this for families. They don't care for your family and you'll not get any resolution if you face any issues over there.
