Hotel fortune dahej is a very good hotel for business travelers, the location is very closed to the NOCIL LTD. They have very good rooms, all the required amenities available in the room. Good breakfast menu. You can also get lunch and dinner at their restaurant. Food quality was good, easy check-in process as we have booked through make my trip and we got good discount on the booking using credit card. It was one night which we found comfortable. I recently stayed at Hotel Fortune, Dahej for a business trip, and it turned out to be a great choice—especially for corporate travelers. The location is very convenient, particularly if you're visiting NOCIL Ltd., which is just nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and quick, especially since we had booked via MakeMyTrip and received a good discount through a credit card offer. The hotel offers a good breakfast spread, and their in-house restaurant also serves quality lunch and dinner options. The food was tasty and met our expectations. Although it was just a one-night stay, everything—from service to comfort—was up to the mark. Highly recommended for short business stays in the area.

The property is highly ignored by the current management. Surprisingly, the hotel was fully booked. But, could sense major mismanagement overall. Food quality was below average in terms of quality. Medu vada was found half cooked. Baby corn was hard to chew. Pudding seemed old and stale. Other food items were just average. Lobby chairs had mosquitos all over them. This was in no way close to itc brand. Itc is seriously taking a major brand hit here. Could sense that the employees working there might be getting paid less than industry average, seemed fed-up of work. Reception response during check-in and check-out was completely chaotic. I was lucky to get a decent room. My colleague got a badly maintained bedding. Many have posted similar feedback, but dont think hotel management cares.

The hotel calls it as being part of fortune group of hotels of itc. When i was booking, itc central reservation said they did not have any hotel in dahej. All stationery, packaging of amenities, etc says the hotel is itc group hotel. The standard of the hotel is clearly not itc standard. Food is very average quality. Breakfast which starts at 7 am, is laid out bit by bit till 7. 30 or so. Idli may be early. chutney 10 minutes later. Coffee machine broken down. In room food service took 45 minutes. Dinner buffet very average choice and quality. Room upkeep is below 3 star. Unwashed windows. Bathroom shower curtain torn and dirty. Air conditioning, lighting, was fair and working. My choice of this hotel was because it was located relatively close to work. And so expec. View from the window

businessIt was a bad experience stay and surprising as usually fortune properties are quite well managed. First, shockingly no towels in bathroom. After multiple calls, finally 1 towel arrived and it was shabby with strains. The lobby floor of my room on 1st floor was carpeted with many strain dirty patches. . The room also looked shabby with plaster tearing off in few places. Further, the bathroom curtains was extremely dirty with large brown patches. 1 cup for tea had a large crack and nobody seems to have checked. The bed also was not comfortable and quite soggy in structure. The check in and check out also were manned by youngsters not well trained. Almost all the guests were complaining.

Dental kit, shaving kit etc not placed in bathroom, as per hotel staff guest has to call them if required. Couldn't able to connect reception through room telephone. Cleaning is maintained however rooms are not as per brand expectations. Restaurant food is just ok, services is not upto the mark, have to wait for roti for 5 to 10 minutes. Hotel is too away from main road very interior side. You will not local vehicle like auto near by, if you don't have your own vehicle you must have to walk 3 to 4 km with your luggage. After some smooth argument at reception they arranged drop with someone's personal vehicle.
