A horrible property. In all things. Avoid

Priced at about 1800 a night, this place has no lifts. Was given a room on the third floor. Having made the booking in advance, the front office had no clue. Took some time to clarify with owners. Then again some time as i had prepaid. Miniscule room, no windows or opening at all. The aircon took forever to cool ( about 2 hours) the bedsheet was thin and had tears, with the mattress showing through. The towel in the bathroom was shredded and had been torn in half. Really a horrible experience. The front office guy didn't understand what hospitality is about. Rude and really uncaring. 1
