Had a great stay at the hotel. The staff welcomed us with cold drinks, a cold towel to refresh and a warm smile and information. The room is centralized incontinent so when I reached the room it was already cooled properly unlike it is in most other 4 star hotels or even 5 star. Clean air ,, no moldy vents. Regular AC units usually give you a blocked nose but this one was a proper one which didn’t disturb at all. Very very comfy bends and also the comforter was so cozy I almost wanted to take it with me. Breakfast is veg good with a lot of Indian and also continental variety . . The lady in the restaurant was so nice and friendly. I recommend this hotel for anyone wether it’s for a short or long stay.

There is no service at all. Nobody came to show the room, forget carrying our luggage. AC was namesake and controls weren't working . . Room is spacious. Breakfast buffet has lot of choices and was mostly tasty. Hotel is very old and not very neat, we can see the used cigars thrown on the balcony.

We reserved this hotel based on the reviews on make my trip. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the rooms. The photos listed on make my trip are not true. Don't be fooled. The lighting from the time you enter and in the rooms was very dim and I felt it was to cover the pathetic quality of amenities. The pillows, bed sheet provided were torn, as they have been used many times. The towels provided were so old and used that we can't even use them to clean the floors or car.

Room in 3rd floor did not have hot water. This was during monsoon season when the water was frigid cold. Every time we wanted hot water, we had to call up at the reception, wait and then someone would be send us 1 bucket of hot water. This process has to be repeated every time someone needs to take Bath. While flushing there was problem with the outlet- it was clogged and we had call somebody for that. TV was not working, which they promptly informed us, as soon as we came :) Rooms are not that spacious but manageable. Car parking is good. I guess they are concentrating on people who make use of the party hall and not much on the guests who stay in the rooms.
