Lemon residency is an ideal place for budget friendly travelers. The rooms are very neat and clean. The LEMON RESIDENCY By Chungath provides toiletries, drinking water, tea/coffee and an electric kettle. Bathrooms have both hot and cold water options. Location wise lemon residency is walkable distance from vadukumnatha temple and parumaekavu temple. The bus and train stations are within 1-2km from the property. Good restaurants are walkable distance from the property. The only default is there is no lift, travelers need to take staircase to reach their rooms at second floor. The manager and his crews were very welcoming and help me with suggestions for local traveling.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at lemon residency and i must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The room was not only clean and well-maintained but also exuded a sense of comfort and tranquility. The attention to detail in the room's cleanliness was truly impressive, and it was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene. The amenities provided were top-notch, and everything was in perfect working order and i look forward to returning in the future.

Property was very close to Railway station and it took 5 mins in Auto to reach the property. Room was very neat and clean, including the toilet. Organizer was very cooperative as we checked in at midnight 1 am and he made sure to provide us the key once we reached. The only concern was room size was very small however it was okay for couple and may not be suitable if you are travelling with kids, as there not be much space to move around for kids inside the room.

Stay is in a very ideal location on mg road. We were on a pilgrimage. The accessibility to vadakumnathan and paramekavu temples are easy. Also all restaurants and facilities are nearby being walkable distance to the swaraj round the room size is a bit small though it's near and clean with good service.

The room was clean and neat. The location of the LEMON RESIDENCY By Chungath is good and easy to access from the bus stop. The only concern is the check in and check out time is not 24 hours. Because after completing the work i am not able to come to the room to freshen up and vacate.

Good value for money. Room was neat and well maintained. Friendly reception staff.

The Rooms are compact and clean, especially toilet. Further, the stay is very near to Vadakkunathan temple, walkable distance.Hence, it's a perfect budget stay to enjoy Thrissur

Neat, clean, cozy, fits pocket, walkable distance to swaraj round and other amenities. The staff were real cool while being courteous.

Great value for money. brilliant hygiene, prime location. Recommended for budget stays (Non AC option).

Room is very small but both room and toilet was very clean . There is no lift in the property. There was no ac in the room but I also didn't specifically book an ac room. It is quite good for the price

Please avoid non ac rooms. Small rooms due to hightemperature in summer. Overall neat rooms and toilets. Good behavior of staff.
