I enjoyed during my stay. Fab hotel comfort residency is best choice for traveller. When i came at hotel hotelier give me a complimentary water bottle and tea i really happy when i get it complimentary i highly recommend to everyone

Feedback Regarding My Recent Stay at Fab Indian hotel Dear MMT, I recently stayed at your hotel ([check-in and check-out dates]) and would like to share my feedback regarding the experience. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to the following issues: 1. Room Condition: The room was not in good condition and did not match the description provided at the time of booking. 2. Amenities Missing/Issues: The geyser was not working, there was no kettle, no bathrobe, and no slippers provided. Additionally, the towels provided were wet, which was unhygienic and inconvenient. 3. Uncomfortable Bed: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, leading to a lack of proper rest during my stay. 4. Extra Charges: I was charged extra for check-in and check-out, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. 5. Location and Visibility Issues: The hotel’s location was not properly pinned on Google Maps, making it difficult to find. There was also no hotel name displayed at the front, which added to the confusion and inconvenience. These issues significantly impacted my experience, and I was left feeling dissatisfied with my stay. I hope you can address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. Bad experience. Bed sheet was dirty. Stain everywhere on bedsheet. No toilet paper, no water in room.

First and foremost, the behaviour of staff was very good. Room was spacious and also all facilities were there in the room. Thanks regards jeewan singh

Delayed check in, assigned a room that was not cleaned on the 4th floor, then asked me to come to ground floor for the new room, did not assist with the luggage, they were unconcerned about everything.

Stay was great, location is also good

The property that i had booked had address of plot no 831 but they shifted me to other propery at plot 78b. Other challenges that i had faced- 1. Staffs were rude. They made me wait for more than an hour at reception for check-in 2. Basic amentities like soaps, towels were not there 3. Bedsheet was dirty. Had spots and even body hair on that 4. Bathroom fittings were leaking. Overall it was a pathetic experience so i cheeked out in 1 day whereas i had booked hotel for 2 days there

Some bad smells in the room. Not cleaning properly. Food quality not up to mark, poor quality.

It was a wonderful stay. Staff was so nice and helpful and they even were very concerned that i will not be facing any problem. I am so glad and happy with their behavior and my stay over there.

Property is ok. Limited breakfast option. Washroom are not properly clean. Bedsheet and pillow cover also not properly clean

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is good and close to everything
