What a pleasant surprise! This budget hotel provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth, the front desk staff was courteous, and the room was freshly cleaned. Hot water, good Wi-Fi, and a quiet atmosphere made the stay even better. Great location near cafés and shops.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a very peaceful environment. For a budget hotel, it offers more than you’d expect. The bathroom was clean and had hot water, which is always a plus. The location was safe and walkable. I would highly recommend this place for solo travelers or anyone on a budget.

Good stay and just walkable distance to the bambolim beach. Quite and peaceful location and a complimentary welcome drink was also provided upon arrival which was just above the experience.

It wasn't a good experience by any parameter. The property as whole was full of dust though the rooms were ok. To our nightmare,the caretaker just refused to acknowledge the complimentary breakfast. Not recommended.

The bed sheets were not clean t properly as there were hairs and was dirty. The room had a bad odour. There is no lift and there is no one to help like a helper to lift heavy bags. The owner didn’t even provide tooth paste in the washrooms upon asking she informed to purchase it from a store. There is no room phones.

You are right sir, we do not have lift and we do not provide toothpaste and there is no phone in rooms because we are just 25 steps away from rock beach, usually phone doesn't work due closeness of sea and salty moisture in the air but mobile facilities and wifi works every time there.if we do not provide toothpaste our employees will definitely tell you to purchase from our side because we really do not provide. There is no harm in telling you the truth.we provide proper toiletries. Our property is new our linens are also new and branded there is no possibility of dirt, because we have ample new stock. There is no possibility of dirt, but yes linens are new there may be little lack of properly ironing or pressing. If the linens were not clean and bad odour rooms, you shouldn't sleep and spent your whole night there, instead of that you should inform the reception to remove the linens immediately or tell them to change room immediately. We are in this industry for last 25 years and left no stone unturned.

couplePerfect mid goa location with double bedrooms and shared space. Amazing scenery right behind the property with actual beach access. Perfect for taking pictures. Limited parking. Bigger cars can have some parking issues or else, 2 wheelers and hatchbacks can easily be parked nearby.
