excellent stay good staff...firstly there were issues then with the help of MMT we are able to solve it

I have been to the same hotel from MMT. This time not opted for food because wanted to try some local food, last time food was good. Very good amenities and staff was kind and polite

I find this property on make my trip and food was very testy and beautiful also staff service is Humbly and respectfully amenities like swimming pool the children had a lot of fun and enjoyed themselves.

Nice experience delicious food very polite and cooperative staff location is a little bit away from beach approx 1km

Stinky hotel, pool Was dusty and horrible, rooms were stinky and spooky. Overall bad experience. Hotel entry was good.

I stayed with my family for 3 nights and 4 days. The food provided by the wonderful chef was amazing. Hospitality was amazing the staff behaves nicely definately coming back soon

Rooms on 4 th floor was very stinky. Very limited buffet in breakfast. Only good thing was d location of d hotel. Hotel staff named POOJA ND AJIT was very helpful

evoke lifestyle is excellent choice and I believe mmt is one of the great platform for organizing trip. food and stay is excellent in evoke lifestyle. I really appreciate.

We had 2 dlx rooms booked. The rooms we were alloted were pathetic, the showers, the closet everything was dirty and coming off the hinges. To top it up the AC wasn't working, we had to change rooms thrice and we faced the same issue. Bad and rude behaviour from quite a few staff. Fortunately, the Cluster GM was available on site and helped us upgrade to a different property which was located nearby. Fortunately that was a better premium property. We finally were able to check in after a lot of fiasco around 6 PM. So overall a terrible experience barring the GM's intervention.

Stayed for a day, and it was not a pleasant one The location was Pretty decent. The food matched the price—no surprises, no complaints. The service was a big plus,the staff were genuinely eager to help, but the service couldn't make up for the shortcomings of the property. The property has definitely seen better days. The rooms carried a ‘vintage aroma’ (read: not pleasant), making it hard to ignore the hotel’s age. Spending some time in the room was an adventure in itself. Right now, I would suggest avoiding this property.

One of the best stay with good excellent rooms and amazing breakfast.The staffs was really good and one of the best hospitality. Hi,the stay was really awesome with nice and near clean rooms with all the amenities provided by the resort plus the service and food breakfast was really tasty and amazing.The staffs were great and helpful throughout my stay.Everything was really top notch and I would love to recommend this resort to others and would like to visit next time cya soon. Thank you so much .

The room was stinky, bad smell all over hotel, AC was not working, food was less than average, service was slow, the extra mattress in the room was on the floor, and this was MakeMyTrip recommended 😂Pathetic

Very bad experience, no WiFi, no TV, swimming pool closed, no service at all, air conditioners leaking full room with water, none responding for any of complaints. Not worth staying

Front concierge recpetion is excellent and very accomodative. Rooms are spacious. Lunch and dinner menu is very good. Breakfast options need to improve. Toilet flush was not working and housekeeping team needs to be in uniform and well staffed. Rest of the team is spot on any needs u have and support u in all times.

Booked for double rooms but the hotel's 2 room set however the hotel provided the 2 separate rooms, in which one had the stinky smell. So we stayed in a single room. But the fair of two rooms was charged. This matter was raised to mmt and hotel staff but there was no resolution till date.
