the room allotted to me was not cleaned properly. The remains of toothpaste,other stuff of previous travellers were present inside the room. the drainage in shower room was bad. whole water came out near the wash basin area. No moisturizer and shower gel were present. The wifi was poor.

It is well maintained hotel with at least 3 star facilities. Toilets/Rooms are clean and maintained. Good option to stay in Dhampur area

Lot Of restrictions at the property seems that we are not the customer if we book stay means need some extra value for money experience.... too many owners type management at the property staffs need some politeness while communicating not recommended to stay with groups or family thumps down to this property breakfast is below average and too much delay 15-20min for order preparation

The bedding was not up to the mark. Mattresses were in poor state and were too uncomfortable while sleeping. The salt and pepper containers were sticky, and the fruit were cut by a knife used for chopping onions and hence the fruits were stinking.

Staff was very good & coperative , cleanliness was not upto the mark , parking space is also very congested

The price is very High according to the property just because of monopoly. Room ok. but washroom is not up to the mark.

Rooms available hone ke baaed b hi check in ke lye wait karna pada 1. 30 hours room ache he lekin room me hair dry nahi diya gaya jab ki room amenities me mention tha e schotate ke hisab se room charge zyada he hotel staff thik se na to baat karta he auro na hi jawab dena unko aata he aisa feel ho raha tha jaise staff hi hotel ke owner ho itna zyada atitude tha staff ke andar

Location is good food is okay service is slow facilities are not up to mark toiletries to be improved no hot water facilities

Staff is untrained i reached at 15:00 and had to wait for one hour to checkin bathroom didn’t have dental kit and was not provided even after repeated requests only plus was food was good and reasonably priced hotel rooms are good as it’s new but better staff is needed for better experience no welcome drink is offered and only two small water bottles are kept in room restocking of tea and coffee sachets was not done

Kitchen service is poor. Hotel maintain two kitchen so guest are confused which kitchen take order

It's really a nice hotel in budget with all kind of 4 star hotel facilities. I did not expect such a great hotel in dhampur.

They provided only 2 small water bottle, for third they charged 20 rupees, 4032 not worth, in my opinion it should be near 2000.

Didn't do again very horrible no one was there to attend us no room was allotted. Don't k how what yo do

Hotel room was excellent but room service was poor. There was no welcome drink. There was no any service to carry lagage for room or from room to car. Very poor service.

It was indeed a pleasant surprise to see the well anointed and clean rooms. The staff was cooperative and welcoming. The washroom was though clean but could have been more cleaned.
