I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The room had a bad smell and was not clean. The towel provided was very dirty, and basic amenities like soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers were missing. There were no options for food—no breakfast, lunch, or dinner provided. Additionally, there were no nearby restaurants, and the only available hotel was quite far, expensive, and served only non-vegetarian food. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

They have made our check in process easy

Staffs were polite and concious about our satisfaction, but the room service was not regular, water problem was there, windows were not closing well due to that we had severe mosquito bite. They have to improve the insfrastructure for the money i paid, 2400 per day

Dreams inn stay was comfortable. I came for exam purpose to nearby saveetha medical college. Since getting cabs may be difficult, staff was helpful and arranged conveyance for me. Rooms were neat and service was good.

The staff behavior was good and that's why 1 star. The room was not clean. There was dust and dirt under the bed. The bathroom was not clean. Hardly any water coming out of sink. Bucket was pathetically old. They serve you tea and breakfast when they want to serve it to you, you can have it at your convenience. Tea & breakfast were bad as well. There was a power failure couple of times in the day but at evening it was out for a long time and the hotel staff gave up on it.

After accept online booking they are not giving rooms there are telling there is another hotel which costs you extra 2500rs
