No any service were provided by menagement. Room cleaning is very worded, bath room like sewage, light problem is most problem in this hotel, there are no any facility were given by honour, banking facilities are not available near the home stay, behaviour were rudelx

Ir serves moderately, face to face contact little available, water restricted, not regularly cleaned. No tv. Wifi is not working.

Hi Mr Achar, as i had mentioned earlier my standard room is priced very dearly, it has no mountain view no KITCHEN and no wifi Darjeeling suffers from acute water shortage during peak season if you and your famil will waste 1000 lts of water daily it will be impossible to replinish the near future if you would want ample service then please try to opt for a room who's price is above Rs 799.

. Washroom space is too small. Owner is cooperative. Very nice no heater is available at this too cold space location is just adjacent to road. So that is irritating. Prefer upper floor rooms, not the groud floor one.

Hi mr kund since there is acute shortage of water in darjeeling we have not installed the shower system but as and when the municipality will provide us water we will upgrade accordingly. Thanx

Not that impressive.

we had to wait a long time to get our room. Couldn't find wifi connection. there was no mobile network. so many other problems we had to deal with.

Normal check in time is 12 noon and you checked in at 10. 30 so since we had guests you had to wait. Standard rooms do not have wifi and mountain view its mentioned clearly when you book with us. Mobile network is something beyond my reach. If you could have specified clearly we could have addressed other problem you encountered.

There was a ventilation in the room in which was not fixed and was just simply attached. When we closed the door the ventilation fell down and the glass broke. The hotel staff charged us 1000 rs for this which was not at all our fault. Even the flush was not working. Very messed up service. Such a ridiculous service we didn't expect.

room size and facilities were very good. balcony gives an opportunity to enjoy the local natural view. beds, blankets, covers, pillows, bed sheets, chairs, curtains all were very well maintained. but the food was not so good. otherwise it was an awesome experience.

Safety is average. No arrangement of wardrobe or hangers in leaving room and bathroom. Bathroom and room ware not clearing on regular basis. Used bed sheet must have to be changed before check in which is lacking.

Its peak season in may and getting shared local taxi from dali to the main market is bit tough. Warm water at 12 midnight is little bit not possible. However i hope to have served you well. Thanx
