Their is no parking facility i paid 600rs per night for a parking. They also mention free parking on MMT ..

One hell of a stay. Very comfortable and cozy, just felt like home. The host, Mr. Vipin was very warm.

It was really a great experience and everything was handled and delivered to us in the earliest time possible thanks to the handler

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. The room was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odour. The AC kept dripping water, the bathroom walls were muckyand filthy and the exhaust fan was not working. Basic amenities like tea, sugar, and coffee were not provided. The rugs were filthy and even had cigarette burn marks. On top of that, the balcony door wouldn’t lock, which was unsafe. For the high cost of the room, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were shockingly poor. There was no housekeeping or professional cleaning service available at all. This hotel fails to meet even the most basic expectations of comfort, hygiene, and safety. I would strongly advise against staying at this property — it is simply not worth the money or the risk.

Cockroach and Rat infested property, stained plates, dirty washrooms. Changed one room right after the 1st night. Day 2 in the new room, saw a rat and checked out as I could not stay there any further. I need a refund for the rest of the nights.

Very good for couples and enjoyed a lot

I had a great stay with an absolutely wonderful view that made the experience even more memorable. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and everything felt comfortable. The check-in and entry process was completely hassle-free, which added to the overall convenience.

This 1 BHK stay offers a blend of aesthetic comfort, functional amenities, and great views at a reasonable price. From the stylish interior to the modular kitchen and balcony with city views, it’s a solid choice. I’d happily stay here again.

Excellent amenities at property

I had a very good experience, the service was excellent. I will suggest my friends to visit here as well.

The door opens with the traditional lock & key which is in a locker outside the room. Seems like a little scavenger hunt game… I entered to a beautiful room on surface. The horror began when I took a closer look. The first thing I noticed was the stinky carpet on the floor. The bed sheet looked dirty and old with cloth bumps...the duvet seemed unclean too. The curtains had some marks as if someone wiped their dirty hands off it. The entire property had cigarette burn marks. The closet had the laundry bag full of beddings. On advising the manager...neither the room was changed nor the condition. The laundry bag was squished in a corner of the closet and not removed. So manage your baggage accordingly. Please do not bother to connect your device with WiFi…cz there isn’t any coverage. I turned WiFi off in my device and the mobile data did suffice. The description says they provide with basic amenities...the kitchen induction panel was not working. I power plugs in the kitchen station were not working. I had to connect the kettle to the plug point at the study table. There were no spoons just 2 forks. Weren’t any tissues either just an empty tissue holder kept on the coffee table (maybe for aesthetics). The room has a city view…looks pretty at night. But the balcony though…quite small. The seat cushions again filled with cigarette burns. I was further disappointed by the washroom’s ceiling that was dripping exactly over the shower. My recommendation please DO NOT shower unless you want to bathe in contaminated sewer water. There isn’t any glass partition in the bathing area, just bathroom curtains. With the amount being charged for the room (equivalent to a good 3-4 star property) the experience was definitely disappointing. The manager would not ask if your stay was comfortable or if you’d need anything....but they’ll definitely come ringing at your door to vacate the property before time!
