The rooms are dilapidated and absolutely not in concert with the pictures that are posted. The reality is totally different.

property is on prime location in valley,food good hotel room neat and clean,over all satisfactory ,breakfast shall have more items to eat

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience quite mixed. The room quality was good, clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. However, the room service was just average, with delayed responses. A major inconvenience was that the hotel lift wasn’t working, which made movement with luggage difficult. The food quality was below expectations, lacking both taste and variety. Hygiene needs serious attention—there were many mosquitoes and bees, making the stay uncomfortable. The supply water was dirty, and it didn’t seem like any filtration system was in place, which raises health concerns. Hotel services were poor overall, mostly due to a lack of staff, which affected timeliness and efficiency. Furthermore, many listed amenities were missing, which was disappointing and misleading. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Repair and regularly maintain basic facilities like the lift and water filtration. 2. Improve food standards and cleanliness in the kitchen and rooms. 3. Hire more staff to ensure prompt service. 4. Conduct regular pest control to address the mosquito and bee issue. 5. Ensure amenities listed are actually available for guests.

Food was awesome, but not a better view from balcony. Less option in breakfast buffet.under budget. Location was also convenient with parking space

First factor is distance which is much far from city one should must see distance first while booking because in hills it takes 25-30 minutes for 4-5kms , staff of this hotel is v rude like if you have luggage of 4-5 bags they will only pick luggage once like 1-2 bag maximum after that if you will call them they will either ignore or will get busy with some other work and the worst thing happened there was a dead insect in breakfast which was clearly visible on puri which they served us in breakfast when we complained about it their reply was like “sir dhyan nahi gaya hoga aap ye part chod do puri ka baki khalo’ , i there only left all my breakfast so overall experience was pathetic

Every thing was good Except they did not provide mini refrigerator and our room did not had door bell

Room was good, neat and clean , service was good. Breakfast is Okok, this was a basic normal room ,nothing much to describe . The view from the balcony isn't that much good.

A neat and clean property with view of valley and hill both, staff is cooperative in all sense whether it is for managing a taxi or scooty or to provide something from market. overall a nice experience.
