Crystal Serenity Resort is a beautiful property located in a serene location with lush green surroundings. The Location is perfect for a peaceful vacation away from the hustle-bustle of the city. The Cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is excellent, and the staff is very polite and helpful, providing great service. The Food & Dining options are limited, but the breakfast is good. The Amenities include a clean swimming pool and spacious rooms with a beautiful view. However, some guests complained about the presence of lizards in the rooms. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

  The property is located in a beautiful and serene location surrounded by greenery, fields, and scenic beauty. It is close to Mandrem and Ashwen beaches, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. However, some guests found the property to be far from tourist attractions and difficult to reach due to the deserted and horrible road leading to it.

• Cleanliness

  The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The swimming pool was also clean and nicely maintained. However, some guests complained about insects, bugs, and lizards in the rooms and outside the property, which affected their stay.

• Staff

  The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. They made the guests feel welcome and comfortable. However, some guests had a bad experience with the receptionist and the owner's behavior towards girls, which was cheap and disgusting.

  The breakfast menu was limited and repetitive, with only a few items like scrambled eggs, toast with jam, corn flakes, and coffee/tea. Some guests found the breakfast taste to be bad. There was no restaurant on the property, and guests had to order food from nearby places.
