Cruise 'N Lake

The location of the property was easily accessible. The surroundings were peaceful and safe. They need to improve their hospitality which they have offered to their guest. Overall it was an average stay.

Though the location of the homestay was a pleasant and peaceful place, the facilities that they offered were poor. We got a completely different room from what was shown in the pictures. The ac was faulty with the temp fixed at 17 c. There was no tv. The rooms were dusty and the water from the taps had a foul smell. The facilities were bad and we were not provided with what was assured. The location is a bit hard to find, the peaceful solace that you get is the only comfort.

The homestay ambiance is not much good, it is a local place . Food provided was ok. Not good for family, can be used as just a night sleeping place. There are lot of house boats parking in front of the homestay in night time and it's always crowded by local people. The cleanliness and facilities inside the room are just ok. However there is nothing terrific, a just ok place for sleep.

Reaching the property was a bit difficult. The room was very nice and beautiful. I enjoyed my stay in that property. The whole property was very clean and tidy. I liked the property very much. I got all the basic facilities that I needed.

The homestay stay was fantastic. The surrounding area of the homestay was nice. The pickup and drop facility was not provided by the homestay. The staff s response was very good. The room service was excellent. The check in and checkout process was done on time. The food was good quality and taste of the food was very good. The room was good neat and clean.
