Collection O Shraddha Residency

I booked this hotel 2 days before my arrival and i also paid. When i reached there, they mentioned that their rooms are full and u can see another hotel.

If you book they will ask for extra charges to pay for stay as they will say show less amount and we take higher charges of the room so you will be asked to pay extra by manager.

The rooms are not how it is shown in the photo. And they have a cleanness problem. The pillow cases were dirty and smelly. The blanket could stink up the whole room. I asked them to change the blanket and they did but the other one was no better. The room doesn't have a dustbin so there were cigarette lying around at every corner almost. Very dirty

The bathroom and the bed cover was horrible. They lack basic hygiene. They are very dirty. I could not even sleep that night. And the location which is also horrible. Basic transport is not there. No one should stay here even if anyone is offering you for free.

All facilities provided were good.

Rooms were very neat and spacious. Just the stay is in remote area which creates little difficulty for cabs to reach though they arrive. Power back up is not available, power goes off for max 30mins. Other amenities are found.

The room is quite spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is nice. Staffs are ploite and friendly. Though the room's ac was little noisy. Overall, it was a very good experience. I'd like to book it again in future.
