soloThe bed was dirty with full of stain. No keys were available in room. The staff were casual and not prompt in service. Washroom was dirty. No security.

Very bad hotel and service

Breakfast were not given even though i paid during booking, also manager was also misbehaved, for room key they charged extra money as security.
