Room not good ac not proper working service not provide drinking water not seal pack provide only open water provide

there was cockroaches inside the room and wardrobe , wifi not working, TV Telephone are not working, dirty linen, no toiletries

Very bad service I have faces ever. Un-supportive staff, talking with very rudely. Room was not cleaned, tawel was dirty also bathroom, not cleaned. I don't like to give them any rating.

Staff was very rude. Rooms were dirty. No fooding facilities. No electricity. No water. Nothing the worst hotel which i have ever stayed.

The owner of the hotel was terribly drunk and denied to handover the room keys. Eventually we have to deny the occupancy

Not provide any toiletry, no tea coffee, and there no any shop surrounding 1. 5 km, all staff with full of drink.

Rooms are not exact like an image but rooms are not bad its ok. Stay was fine. Do not except high, at the point of price range

Very dirty bed, very dirty curtains, very dirty plate, there was no battery in the remote and no connection to the tv signal, i asked him wifi password and he said no recharge

Horrible experience with the hotel as i visited the city for the first time. The hotel was pure- booked for 2 days with 2 meals included but the room was not available at the time of check-in. Also, the hotel incharge/manager denied to provide the meals that was included in the booking. Worst management of the hotel and the owner/ manager was very arrogant and rude and did not even apologize after complaining to the mm t customer executive. However, the room provided afterwards was very dirty with ac leakage and without any basic amneties. Pathetic hotel i must say. My suggestions for customers who are planning to book this hotel is a big no and they should choose other hotel nearby the location. If you want to be comfortable and relax during your trip, think twice and don't book this hotel.

Service was not good, even there was no key for the door, very loud music, unhygienic

The hotel was nice, clean, room was big, airy, nicely ventilated and insulated. The bed was cozy, bathroom was neat and clean and everything was right. Highly recommended. The locality was also nice and quiet. I was traveling with an year old baby and needed an hotel which is away from main city as the ambient noise always troubles him during sleep. The hotel was exactly what I was looking for. My baby had a good sleep as there was no traffic sound nor the honking sound and neither people playing loud music. Overall high value for money.

We booked this Hotel for a night stay in november. This Hotel is good for a night stay but only thing is that they need to improve on cleanliness and room service departments. The direction on the Hotel is also not clear.

The Hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the City. But it's not remote in anyway. Infrastructure, staff, utilities and food all are good.

First-class, safety, near city area, soft service from staff.
