Hot water didn't come. Initially they gave very small room which has not at all as shown in image and then we upgraded it by giving extra 1000 rs and still it wasn't like what was in picture

The rooms are pathetic, cigarette buds everywhere, every service person keeps asking for money. Will not recommend for a family stay.

I have reached at this hotel by my pre booking that I have already paid for 3 days for 5 rooms. The hotel manager ask for more money and say we don't consider it. its your problem that you have booked. So I have to look for another hotel at that time and its late night.

I paid extra 500 on hotel

The overall was a nice experience but the service is quite slow as compare with the other hotels.

The room shown in website is completely different from actual room its was completely a disaster property, the ac insider the room is leakage in water and the whole property is very overpriced according to there service very irresponsible behavior of the hotel staff i do not recommended to anyone to this property.

I have experienced very well good service, but some mistakes are there like not giving towel, body wash and shampoo reaming all are good people are very friendly will prefer next time and i will suggest to my friends also

Cleaning and behaviour of staff is good and wish them good job done by them.

I booked a hotel As It was an Oyo Property the hotel reception denied check-in as the amount the hotel was not as per their personal tariff. They asked to pay extra to compensate for the difference at 12 in Midnight.

Very bad experience, there was a price mismatch and while reaching hotel, it was something else

Location is good. Located near aashima mall. Room were not cleaned regularly though.

Our room were given to someone else and normal rooms were provided. When we asked them that we paid for 2x room and y they giving small rooms they said we gave it to walkin people and asked us to wait for few hours and after that they said to adjust in same small room rooms were dirty had to ask them to change the bedsheet twice. Ac was not working and also early morning had to go down from third floor to ask them to on the water as we were getting late for our meeting.

Hygiene, safety and room services are very good. Swimming pool is in bad condition. And basis things like towel and soaps slippers are not given.

Pathetic killing one never recommend
