Worst property in udaipur!the property owner failed to give the room as per booking! very bad experience!

Terrible room. Flush broken. Jet spray broken. No shampoo or body wash given. Dirty linens. Unhygienic room

Stay was nice, owner is very polite and attentive. Only problem is room was not clean enough, cobwebs around.

There is a normal but rate of property is such higher than other. And parking problem. But receptionist co ordinate. Overall good not any dout. It’s a proper location and all. ?

Not worth the price i. E. 1800. For the room. It feels suffocating in room. No doubt the owner is good. But need to bring some changes. As well no hot water in morning for bathing. And in udaipur it's really cold so it's a must.

We are going to ginar villa from delhi, we reached there at 8:30pm but the owner didn’t gave the room to us. I am with family with a 9 month old baby. Still he refuse to give room as well as the refund. Instead of it he offered a room in another villa of his. Which i didn’t feel safe coz it is not been assured by mmt. So i am highly disappointed about his action and want my full return as soon as possible. I am trip of gujarat so i can’t report a complaint of his bcoz my family is also there. But if mm t don’t take any action about him then i will not use mm t for rest of my life and file an fir against both.

Property owner behaviour was worst. Raised concern for room door lock, but he misbehaved with me instead of giving solution. In fact he used slang also. I have also lodge police complaint against the property owner.

Room was spacious and clean. All the amenities were good. Property owner is very nice. His behaviour and attitude is awesome

I booked a deluxe room at 1500 inr which was below average. Then i took some better room at cost of 1000 inr extra (same room was costing 1800 with tax on mmt. Even the upgrade room was poor in terms of hygiene. The carpets were very dirty and towels provided were not clean and some smell was there in towels. No toiletries were there in washroom. The hanger were missing in cupboard. Cupboard was also not clean. No water cattle or preparation for tea was available in room. Overall in 2500k this was not worthy and i can book much better hotels in this price in udaipur.

Stay was good but the wifi and television was not working !

Our stay at girnar villa was great. Satyapal uncle was a warm and helpful host. The location is perfect- very close to the hathipole market. Room and terrace had a nice mountain and lakes view. All the food was really amazing. It was like a home away from home.

I had visited this hotel alone the hotel was located nearby the city the check in and checkout process was done on time all the amenities were provided in the room in good condition The pickup and drop facility was not provided by the hotel the overall service was nice in the hotel I didn't use activity in the hotel.
