One word “Ridiculous”. Room was not clean, no regret for that too from hotel management. Would suggest not to book.

I've booked 2 rooms for my guests but when they checked in late at night, the hotel receptionist told them that only one room was booked and for another's room you have to pay. Hotel collected 2500 in cash for another room. this is very much embarrassing for me in front of my guest. So please do the needful action against the hotel

I had booked this hotel with a full amount but as I arrived the hotel reception they said me that the room is not available and ordered me to call customer care to change me a change. It's an Oyo hotel and it was my second time facing the same situation.more than one hour of discussion I finally got to stay in a same hotel but the room they gave me was worst with no bottle of water and dirty blankets with cigarette smelling.

behaviour of the staffs are excellent. they all talk with a smile and helped me in ecerything they could. the room was ok ok , little maintainance needed. AC worked fine, bed was okay. bathroom was average. geyser working fine. overall it was okay, no problem atall.

Too dirty, even toiletries are not provided. Water available at hotels is dirty smell like drainage

The room was stinking with a bad odour from the bathroom. The bedsheets and towels were dirty. Me and my wife had a big trouble staying there as we couldn't sleep because of the bad odour. It wasn't half the way it was shown on the app. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. We hadn't clicked any photos there. We ask you to send your representatives and have reality check at this hotel. It's very much disappointing.

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. While the amenities were basic, the overall experience was pleasant. Would consider staying again for a quick business trip. .

When we came to check in at 11 pm, they said that there is no room to give us. We showed the booking details and voucher. But the receptionist responded very badly. We collected the contact number of the owner of this hotel. After one hour the problem solved. After a long journey from delhi, the experience was horrible.
