Except for bed no other amenities-no chair, tepoy, hot water and not even cloth hanger in wardrobe. My son booked the room for me about a week back. I was given a room with a/c unit in it. After settling down for the night, i could not location the remote or a switch of a/c and i premed my son erred in booking non a/c room. While checking out early morning i enquired about tariff for the room and realised that a/c was indeed booked. On queering why i was not briefed about facilities and its operations, the caretaker/receptionist very rudely said 'you should have asked'. I am experiencing such behaviour from a hospitality industry staff for the first time. Overall, a very bad experience and i will never recommend this property to anyone.
