This is the worst in mhow no any facility...smelly room dirty unhygienc...if u need tea they dont give in their hotel

Room service is not good- when we order any thing it takes too much time Food is over priced for every food

They lack cleanliness, also they need to update there menu

The rooms are not in good condition the bedsheets and towels stink shower dont work. booked the best possible room, premium room with balcony. Food is ok but all the gravys taste the same

Food was good but service for very very poor. Morning complementary food was very poor, room was ok with lost of mosquitoes, they took extra amount from me for driver stay , this was surprising for me. The tariff was very high as compared to room and facilities

Stayed 1 night visiting friends at Mhow. Given the location, facilities are adequate. Food seemed over priced.

Rooms were too small without window behaviour of manager was humiliating and rude. Served semi cooked chicken which on complaint didn't agree to waive charges fought on no of pieces consumed and left on dispute- they fall upto that level. Entire peoperty was almost vacant still forced me to sit in lounge as i was waiting for my husband for pick up food was pathetic i took double occupancy room but given complimentary water and essentials for single room only. Breakfast though charged for 2 packs, there was no buffet. Upon asking gave 2-3 options to chose to serve. I request all of you not to stay in this hotel at all. It was a worst experience in mhow.

The accn were well made. But the service was terrible. I had ordered chill i potato, it came after 1 hr for some reason it was cold

What the hell is this. Why are you even running this hotel. The rooms are atrocious and hell. The rats didn’t allow us to even blink a little at night. I really feel for it as a fauji because it has a col’s name. If i can type this at 0200h in the morning, you can well imagine my woes. Really substandard and atrocious.

Dirty room, dirty washrooms, no maintenance

Stay was good, property is also good, friendly staff and food is also nice. Overall good experience

Room was good, but the free breakfast came with complementary mosquito 🦟 coffee; though they really apologized for the same but still it's not acceptable, so pls avoid the complementary brekfast

The rooms were terrible and were smelling badly. The bed sheets pillow covers quilts were very untidy. So shifted me with my family and kids in premium rooms. They were also not done by house keeping. And charged me 2000 rs for shifting. Felt like cheated

Very trouble situation we came from maharastra we book hotel from makemytrip app when we were in mp we call to hotel maneger we told them that our hotel is book we are coming hotel maneger said the room is filled with booking you take money from make my trip then we call to make my trip agent they help a lot to us and arrange another room booking in other hotel

When we entered the room, we found the was not ready. Bed sheets had spots and had female hair. Hair was found in the room too. Toilet want not clean. I complaint at the reception the house keeping team was involved and they took more than 30 mkns to clean the room. They tried multiple bedsheets finally found a good one.

Unresponsive and unprofessional staff. Terrible experience, lacked basic amenities and even staff didn’t respond to requests.

Hotel check in and check out were awesome. The location is about 4kms from m how railway station. A staff named ms. Anjali verma's customer interaction was very good, polite and humble. Overall a great experience.
