Had booked for 2 days. Next day they asked to check out as hotel got closed. Worst experience of my life

I have mentioned company gst number at the time of book but They denied to give GST bills at the time of check out.. Business travellers don’t book this hotel

Room was not good, leakage problems staff are not cooperative all over rating 2 star zero percent security in these hotel

Unpleasant experience did not like it. Staff is not so good. Services are poor.

The hotel condition is very bad. Interior is so poor. Ac is not working properly walls r so dirty washroom light is not working properly. Unhygiene property also lobby ac is not working

The room was decent, but the hotel staff was way too rude, the staff was not helpful l at all, the parking needs to be done on your own, the room was clean, it was an average stay

Property is good but staff are very very poor. I have asked for blow dryer they took almost for 1 hour after called them 4th times. Refrigerator was not working I have called them regarding the same no one is came to check. Staff was not bother about any complaints. I have never been to such hospitality place where employee don’t bother about their job and work.they said smoking is not allowed top of that they say if u give 500 extra u can smoke are u taking bribe to break ur own policy.

Rooms are good. Reception services need to be upgraded. But overall stay was good and worth the money

The room had dampness all over the place, the curtains were full of stains, there were no towels no toiletries in the washroom, the service of the hotel was quite slow and laid back,

Food quality is low

The hotel was pretty average as the buttons for the light were not working but still not a bad stay it was fine thankyou.

Check in time was 2PM, we had to wait for more than 45 mins just to check in, that too after requesting them for 100 times. No response on the front desk, kitchen or housekeeping lines. We were asked to pay ₹ security even though our stay was paid for already. Worst hotel experience ever. Not recommend and I am not going to stay again.

The stay was amazing. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The staff is very polite and professional. The place is extremely affordable and comfortable. We will definitely come visit again.

It’s not for family, smelly carpets, sink has a hole but water don’t drain, bath room has a door but some one need to hold it when inside otherwise slides to other end. Saturday night would be hell coz there is dj beats goes up to 4am. Don’t get fooled by online pics, surrounding area, roads none of them are good. Waste of money n time, you will certainly rate this horrendous
