Poor hospitality, lots of mosquitoes, ac room booked but ac not working. Power cuts 5 times in our 8 hours stay. Luckily we had our train in the evening. Didn't stay for night. It would have turned the worst night for us.

Hotel staffs are cooperative and good. Cleaniness is one i can say that would have been more better as it was. Bedsheets ware spot of have burnt by cigerate & and hope for next time hotel will provide clean washroom and bucket and mugs.

We travel-led as a family for some urgent work in january. The hotel provides very basic amenities, nothing great. It is good for a single-night stay. There is a problem with cleanliness and hygiene inside the hotel rooms. But anyway, it is the cheapest option available near bareilly station.
